NOTE: You should have received the following notice this week on your front door:

Please be advised that the Town of Jupiter Utility Department will have Pipeline Utilities, Inc. in
your area restoring swales to the original design in order to improve drainage. They will start
approximately the week of July 13, 2009. Please assist in locating sprinkler heads and also by
not parking in the swale during construction.

Approximately 21,500 SY of swale rehabilitation will be performed, including clearing, grubbing,
regrading of swales and selective driveways (as necessary to establish proper grades), and
restoration. Existing landscaping within the swale flow line will be removed during this work.
Those residents that may have trees or shrubs in the swale area that they want to keep should
have these items re-planted a minimum of 15 feet from the edge of pavement. If you do not
know if the tree will be removed or not please call or e-mail us, we will get back to you with a
response.
