Dear Neighbors;
April is here, the month of Easter bunnies, eggs, marshmallow peeps Easter dress up and sunrise services. April is a month to believe in miracles, love abundantly and to remember that joy is a choice. Time to play an April’s fool prank on a friend or loved one, just make sure it’s one that everyone, including the receiver will laugh at and enjoy.
I want to personally thank everyone that attended our meeting on Thursday, March 8th. We as board members really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedules to help us help our community and as our editor is famous for saying “Together we are strong”.
I want to extend a warm welcome to all of our new residents that have moved into our neighborhood and invite you to become part of “The Friends of The Heights” group. It is a great way to meet your neighbors and to be a part of our community.
Our next “Friends of the Heights” Meeting is
scheduled for Thursday, April 12th at 7:00pm. We will be holding elections for Chairperson and Secretary, so please try to fit this
meeting into your busy schedules.

Last month I mentioned a few occupations that I did not see
in our “Working Together, The Heights in Partnership” Advertising
page. Well a neighbor e-mailed to
ask me if we had any painters or plumbers.
DO WE? If you live in The
Heights and work for or have a business that you are not advertising in our “
Our picnic in the park has been scheduled for Saturday May
19th, 2007. It will
start at 12 Noon. We are asking for
neighborhood residences that have a business or hobby and want to set up a
booth to promote their talents, the cost of doing so is $25.00 a small price to
pay to help get the word out. We would like to ensure the picnics success by also
asking every business that participates to sponsor a game with prizes for the
kids. Please contact
